Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all payments made to Avaris Consulting Co., Ltd., including purchases made through affiliated product websites such as Smart Launch Suite, Senta Trust, or other Avaris-operated services.
All transactions are processed securely through Stripe, with Avaris Consulting Co., Ltd. acting as the Merchant of Record.
2. General Policy
All sales of digital services, consulting engagements, and software products are considered final once delivered or initiated.
Refunds are generally not available except as explicitly outlined below.
This policy ensures transparency and consistency while protecting our intellectual property and digital deliverables.
3. Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:
- Technical Error: A system or billing error caused by Avaris or Stripe resulting in duplicate or incorrect charges.
- Service Non-Delivery: The contracted deliverable or service was not provided within the agreed time frame and Avaris cannot provide an alternative solution.
- Material Misrepresentation: The delivered service or digital product substantially differs from what was described at the time of purchase.
Refund requests will be evaluated in good faith based on the documentation provided.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available for:
- Completed consulting sessions or reports that have already been delivered.
- Digital software products or licenses once download access has been granted.
- Subscription periods that have already started.
- Delays caused by the client (e.g., lack of response, incomplete information).
- Changes in client project scope or strategy after purchase.
5. Request Procedure
To request a refund, please contact support@avaris-consult.com within 30 days of the transaction date and include:
- Proof of payment (invoice or transaction ID),
- A detailed explanation of the issue, and
- Supporting documentation, if applicable.
Avaris Consulting Co., Ltd. will review all refund requests within 5 business days and notify you of the decision by email.
If approved, refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
To prevent unnecessary disputes, please contact us before initiating a chargeback.
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension or cancellation of future services.
Avaris Consulting Co., Ltd. reserves the right to contest chargebacks that do not comply with this policy.
7. Exceptions for EU Consumers
For customers located in the European Union, statutory rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) apply.
If applicable, the right of withdrawal within 14 days is waived upon the start of service delivery or digital product access, as permitted by EU law.
